Boes Guitars builds handcrafted acoustic and electric guitars with a focus on quality, playability, and tone. Each instrument is created with great care, carefully selected materials, and craftsmanship where the details make the difference. The guitars are developed for musicians seeking a personal expression and a reliable instrument, both on stage and in the studio. At Boes Guitars, traditional guitar making meets modern functionality.

Boes Guitars is run by Jonatan Boes, who has his roots in Karlstad. Jonatan studied at the Musikinstrumentakademien and received his journeyman’s certificate in guitar making in 2020. He is currently active in the guitar-making collective GuitarMakers on Södermalm in Stockholm, Sweden.

Handcrafted 00-style acoustic by Jonatan Boes. European spruce top, rosewood back & sides, ebony fretboard & nitrocellulose finish. This Guitar was built to complete a journeyman's certificate in 2020 and is now own by Peter Morén (SunYears, Peter Bjorn And John).
